Title: Petit Theft
Location: 400 Monument Rd
Description: On 01/25/2026, JSO responded to Target, located at the 400 block of Monument Rd, in reference to a retail theft. The complainant, a Target loss prevention employee, advised that two unknown female suspects entered the store, selected merchandise, and exited the store, passing all points of sale without attempting to pay.
