Description:
On 2.08.26, at approximately 1:37 a.m., JSO responded to the 300 block of E Bay Street in reference to a report of a male unconscious on the ground.
Upon arrival, an adult male was observed lying on his back on the sidewalk near the curb in front of EB Lounge. The individual was semi-conscious, appeared intoxicated, and had visible swelling to the left cheekbone and forehead. The subject was disoriented and was unable to communicate with officers.
It was reported that the victim was observed to be in a physical altercation with the pictured suspect. The the victim was ultimately transported by Rescue to a local hospital for further treatment. Officers were advised by medical staff that the individual was in critical condition and required emergency surgery.
