On 01/05/2026, I was dispatched to 13000 block of City Square Dr. in reference to a theft incident.
Upon arrival, I met Mr. Watkins (complainant) who told me the following: On 01/03/2026, at approximately 1730, four unknown black women entered the business. They walked through the aisles in groups of two, placing multiple bottles of alcohol in the reusable bags they brought with them. The group exited the business passing all points of sale, and made not attempt to pay.
